    There is a designated ADA lawn area to the right of the metal structure in the middle of the venue. This area is first-come, first-served. Please note, standing is not allowed in this area.

    Interpreter Requests: We require 14 business days to secure an interpreter. Please email us at boxoffice@liveatthegarden.com or call 901-636-4107 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

  • No audio or visual recording devices (including video) are allowed. However, you may take photos before or after concert performances. No photos are allowed during the performances.

  • All families and children are welcome! Every person needs a ticket (including babies and toddlers). All we ask is that you supervise your children so that everyone can enjoy the performances.

    As a courtesy to others, if your child becomes fussy, we ask that you be prepared to remove them from the concert area.

    All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Unless otherwise noted, concerts generally follow the below timeline:

    Parking and shuttles start at 5 pm. Gates open at 6 pm. Music starts at 8 pm.

    Security Measures:

    Guests entering the Radians Amphitheater will be security wanded. This is required by many touring acts and is for everyone's safety including our guests, volunteers, staff, and performing acts.

    Before you get to the gate be sure to have your phone out with tickets visible and ready to scan.

  • Food and drinks will be available for purchase at all Live at the Garden Concerts.

    Live at the Garden attendees are also allowed to bring their own outside food & beverages including coolers.

  • All lawn seating is general admission and is located behind the table seating sections. Although we do not guarantee the visibility of the stage from the lawn area, all concerts are broadcast to the lawn via state-of-the-art video screens and sound systems.

    The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

    Chairs are not provided but please feel free to bring your own.

  • Lost items turned into management during or after a concert are brought to the Memphis Botanic Garden Visitors Center the Monday following the concert. If you’ve lost an item please call the Memphis Botanic Garden front desk at (901) 636-4100 the Monday following the concert.

    The Memphis Botanic Garden, Live at the Garden, and Radians Amphitheater are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Due to the redesign of the Audubon Golf Course, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking the free shuttle from the Hilton Hotel Corporate Headquarters.

  • Live at the Garden accepts all major credit and debit cards for on-site purchases, including at the bars and the merch booth. We do not accept cash or checks.

  • A Pit ticket is a General Admission lawn ticket that allows you access in and out of the Pit. You can still set up your lawn chairs on the lawn. Pit tickets are standing-room only.

    When you enter the pit, you’ll need to pour your drink into a provided plastic cup.

    NO BAGS, BACKPACKS, PURSES, COOLERS, GLASS BOTTLES, OR CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PIT.

  • NO: Firearms, weapons, propane heaters, citronella candles, smoking, drones, laser pointers, pets, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, fireworks or pyrotechnics, musical instruments, lawn umbrellas, grills, beer kegs, athletic equipment, rollerblades, bicycles, trifold lawn chairs, thrown objects, card tables and any tables larger than 3'x3'x3', solicitation of any kind, and anything management deems inappropriate.

    All patrons and all items are subject to search.

While we implement this improved entry practice please be patient, we are working to get everyone into the venue as quickly as possible to enjoy the show.

  • There are several restroom locations. There are portolets located on each side of the Kroger Food Court, as well as on the east side of the venue, near the lake.

  • Radians Amp is a non-smoking venue. A designated smoking area is located on the east side of the venue, by the lake.

    Did you know? We use All-In Pricing on Ticketmaster for our concerts so that means you'll see the cost of the ticket up front, including fees (before taxes).

    How to access your tickets:

    For individual ticket holders: pull up tickets on your Ticketmaster app or via ticketmaster.com. We will scan it when you enter.

    For season ticket holders and table ticket holders: pull up your tickets via https://am.ticketmaster.com/radians on your phone or via Apple Wallet/Google Pay (if you’ve already saved them there).

    Do NOT screenshot your ticket. Screenshots will NOT work to get in. If you’d like to have easier access the day of, we recommend saving your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay (although this is optional).

    To Manage your Season Tickets and/or Table Tickets

    Go to your Account Manager from your web browser (preferably Safari on an iPhone) on your phone “to see and manage” your digital tickets, by going to https://am.ticketmaster.com/radians

    Go to your Account Manager from your desktop to manage your digital tickets.

    To access your season/table tickets, go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/radians and click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page. Sign in using your Ticketmaster account information. If you don't know your password, click "Forgot Password?" to reset it. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, Click "Sign Up" in the bottom left.

    From here you can access and transfer your tickets.

  • All performances are RAIN or SHINE except in the case of dangerous weather. There are NO REFUNDS, exchanges, or rain checks due to rain or inclement weather. Check our social media on the day of the performance for any updates in case of dangerous weather situations.
